Medical Clearance:

A signed medical clearance form is required of all participants who answer "yes" to any of the seven PAR-Q questions. Please be aware that I reserve the right to require medical clearance from any client I feel may be at risk.


Sessions must be paid up front weekly, monthly or in blocks unless we have a written agreement. All payments made by credit card will be assessed a 2% transaction fee.  

Session Duration:

All personal training sessions are one hour unless specifically agreed upon prior to training sessions.


Please come prepared to work out. Wear workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, t-shirts, tanks, sports bras, supportive tennis shoes) Clients who arrive unprepared for training will lose the session and no refunds will be issued.

Late Policy:

My time and your time is very valuable. Please be respectful and arrive on time to any sessions. Running late to a session will eat into your training time and I will not extend the training past your time slot. (Exceptions can be made if there is not a client the following hour and for an additional fee.) Please contact me once aware you will run late and let me know. I only guarantee to hold the session for 15 minutes past the start time and after then your session may be lost and no refunds will be issued.

No Show Policy:

A No show is the most disrespectful thing you can possibly do. Please respect my time and realize this is my job. You will be charged the full amount for the session plus an addition 15% no show fee. After 2 no show appointments our contract will be terminated and no refund will be offered.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to cancel and avoid any fees. You will be charged or have the session deducted from your package, for any appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Contact me at (510) 828-1613.

Package Expiration:

All personal training packages expire 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy:

When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I don't offer refunds. If you want to make sure I am the right fit, I suggest you book an hour to start. If you end up wanting a package, I will apply the fee for that hour towards the total price.

Each session is personally designed with you in mind. I provide training at local gyms (no memberships required), at my own in home studio, at your home/work or at mutually agreed locations.
