Our bootcamp classes are different each time you join us. The classes are created to incorporate strength, cardiovascular, balance and core while making fitness fun. These bootcamps will have you burning calories and gaining strength and confidence. Have you ever tried Tabata style High Intensity Interval Training? It may just become your new favorite way to train! Tabata is a form of HIIT timing. 20 seconds of activity with 10 seconds rest done for 8 rounds. This class is about 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. All levels are welcome. The best part about Tabata is that you can do anything for 20 seconds!
