Our bootcamp classes are different each time you join us. The classes are created to incorporate strength, cardiovascular, balance and core while making fitness fun. These bootcamps will have you burning calories and gaining strength and confidence. Each class is taught by a certified personal trainer who can modify and work with you no matter what level you are at. The classes are kept under 20 people so you will never get lost in the crowd. ZUMBA

Zumba is one of the most popular dance fitness classes to take. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. This is one class you won't want to miss.

STRONG by Zumba™ is a High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition. In a STRONG by Zumba™ class, music is the key element. Torch calories and stress in this class.

Yoga Class

TABATA

Have you ever tried Tabata style High Intensity Interval Training? It may just become your new favorite way to train! Tabata is a form of HIIT timing. 20 seconds of activity with 10 seconds rest done for 8 rounds. This class is about 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. All levels are welcome. The best part about Tabata is that you can do anything for 20 seconds!
